By purchasing the WhatsApp API Reseller Panel Full Business Package from M-Tech Systems IT Services, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Package Inclusions

The package may include:

• WhatsApp API Reseller Panel

• Admin Panel and User Panel

• Installation and Deployment

• Available Features and Automation

• Technical Training

• 1 Year Technical Support and Updates

• API Documentation and Technical Guidance

• Meta Tech Provider Approval Process Guidance

The exact features and deliverables will be as discussed and confirmed before purchase.

2. Installation and Deployment

Installation and deployment will be performed on the customer’s provided server, domain or hosting environment, subject to compatible server requirements.

The customer must provide:

• Domain or subdomain

• Suitable hosting or server access

• Required login credentials

• Necessary API and business information

• Any other technical details required for deployment

Any additional server, hosting, domain, third-party API or infrastructure charges will be paid by the customer.

3. Technical Support

The package includes technical support and updates for 1 year from the date of deployment or delivery, as applicable.

Support covers product-related technical guidance, troubleshooting and eligible updates. It does not automatically include:

• Unlimited customization

• New module development

• Third-party service charges

• Server management unrelated to the panel

• Changes caused by third-party API or policy updates

• Fixing customer-modified source code

Additional development or customization work may be charged separately.

4. Meta Tech Provider Approval

M-Tech Systems may provide guidance and assistance regarding the Meta Tech Provider approval process, documentation and technical requirements.

However, approval is subject to Meta’s eligibility criteria, policies, documentation, technical review and final decision. M-Tech Systems does not guarantee approval, approval timelines or acceptance by Meta.

Any Meta, WhatsApp, hosting, verification or third-party charges are payable by the customer unless specifically mentioned otherwise in writing.

5. Third-Party Services

The panel may require third-party services such as Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers, payment gateways, cloud services or other APIs.

The availability, pricing, policies and performance of these third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. M-Tech Systems is not responsible for changes, suspension, downtime or policy decisions made by third-party providers.

6. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate business and company information

• Using the panel in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies

• Obtaining required business, GST, MSME and other documents

• Maintaining valid domain, hosting and API accounts

• Using approved message templates and lawful communication practices

• Protecting login credentials and account access

The customer must not use the system for spam, fraud, misleading communication, illegal activities or any activity prohibited by Meta, WhatsApp or applicable law.

7. Customization

Customizations, additional integrations, design changes, new features and special development requests are not included unless specifically confirmed in the quotation or written agreement.

Such work may involve additional charges and delivery timelines.

8. Payment and Cancellation

The customer must complete the agreed payment before delivery, installation or deployment begins.

Once the source code, panel access, installation or deployment process has been initiated, the payment is generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or specifically agreed in writing by M-Tech Systems.

9. Warranty and Liability

M-Tech Systems will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified product-related technical issues covered under the package.

M-Tech Systems will not be liable for losses caused by:

• Customer misuse or unauthorized modifications

• Third-party API or platform changes

• Hosting or server failures

• Account suspension or policy violations

• Loss of data due to failure to maintain backups

• Unauthorized access caused by customer negligence

The customer is responsible for maintaining regular backups of business data and configuration.

10. Updates and Policy Changes

Features, integrations and technical processes may change due to updates from Meta, WhatsApp or other third-party providers. M-Tech Systems may modify or update the panel when required for compatibility, security or technical improvements.

11. Acceptance

By purchasing or using the WhatsApp API Reseller Panel Full Business Package, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

M-Tech Systems IT Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when required.
