Thank you for choosing M-Tech Systems IT Services.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. Digital Products
All digital products sold by M-Tech Systems IT Services are delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a product has been delivered, downloaded, source code has been shared, or access has been granted, no refund will be issued.
2. Duplicate Payments
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.
3. Failed Delivery
If we are unable to deliver a purchased digital product due to an issue on our side, we will either:
- Deliver the product again, or
- Issue a full refund if delivery is not possible.
4. Custom Software Development
Payments made for custom software development, website development, mobile application development, API integration, software customization, consultation, or implementation services are non-refundable once project work has started.
If the project is cancelled by the client after development has commenced, payments already made will not be refunded.
5. Project Milestone Payments
Milestone payments cover completed work and are therefore non-refundable.
6. Support Services
Support, installation, deployment, consultation, training, server configuration, and technical assistance fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
7. Subscription Services
Where applicable, subscription-based services remain active until the subscription period expires. Partial refunds are not provided for unused periods unless required by law.
8. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks after successful delivery may result in suspension of services, software licenses, and future business relationships.
9. Contact
For billing or payment-related concerns, please contact our support team before requesting a dispute through your payment provider.
