1. Definitions
“BizOS” means the Business Operating System and related software, modules, features, services, APIs and tools provided by M-Tech Systems IT Solutions (“M-Tech Systems”, “we”, “us” or “our”). “Customer” means the individual or organization purchasing or using BizOS.

M-Tech Systems grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and time-bound license to use BizOS for its own legitimate business purposes during the active subscription period.

Standard BizOS subscriptions do not include source code, Git/repository access, server credentials, deployment scripts, internal APIs, proprietary libraries, development tools or internal technical architecture. The Customer’s domain remains the Customer’s responsibility. Deployment or configuration of BizOS on a Customer domain does not transfer software ownership. Server and infrastructure may remain under the control of M-Tech Systems or its designated infrastructure provider.

The Customer is responsible for protecting login credentials and for all activities performed through its account. Unauthorized access must be reported to M-Tech Systems promptly.

The Customer shall not use BizOS for illegal, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized activities or attempt to compromise, damage or interfere with the service.

BizOS may provide AI-based content generation, marketing assistance, automation, analysis, recommendations, creative generation and business assistance. AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies. The Customer must review and verify AI-generated content before publishing, sending, advertising or making business decisions based on it.

BizOS may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, email services, WhatsApp/messaging services, Meta platforms, SMS providers, AI providers, cloud services and external APIs. M-Tech Systems is not responsible for third-party downtime, policy changes, API changes, pricing changes, suspension or termination of such services.

M-Tech Systems will make reasonable efforts to maintain BizOS but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
